Dr. Arup Kumar Chattopadhyay is an M.Tech in Chemical Technology- (Specialization in Ceramic Tech.) & completed his Ph.D. (Tech.) in Kinetics of Dehydration and Rehydration of Aluminium Silicate Systems from Calcutta University in the 70s. Dr. Dipanjan Das Poddar is a silver medalist in ceramic engineering from College of Ceramic Technology, University of Calcutta. Dr. Dipanjan received his MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Pune, Doctorate from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He possesses work experience of 17 years with Global Steel Industries, working with International refractory manufacturing companies and handling some of finest global leaders of steel manufacturing from seven continents.
Mr. Donahue Chong

Mr. Chong Yew Hing, also known as Donahue, founded Technojis Group of companies in year 2011. Presently, he serves as Executive Director of the Group. Donahue had started his career in steel industry since year 2003. He was General Manager of a Singapore listed company who trades and distributes raw material to steel plants. In between 2007 ~ 2011, he was seconded to manage a roll manufacturing medium enterprise in Thailand. He was responsible for the roll manufacturing, as well as to lead the export sales to more than 45 countries worldwide. Donahue graduated from Master Degree in mechanical engineering.
Donahue has a strong rapport and networks with renowned Steel Groups from South East Asia, China and India. For instance, through his collaboration with China Iron & Steel Research Institute (CISRI), Baotou Steel Group, Baosteel Engineering Group and Wuhan Design Institute (YOUDI), Donahue delivered niche solutions and technology exchange with The South East Asian Steel Companies and India Steel Groups.
